1. Evening Wear (Soirée) Items

Due to the delicate nature of Soirée fabrics and evening wear, we maintain a strict policy:

• No Exchanges or Refunds: Once the order has been received and inspected in the presence of the courier, soirée items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• On-the-Spot Inspection: We kindly ask you to carefully inspect your item while the courier is still at your door. If you are not satisfied, you may return it immediately with the courier.

2. Order Integrity

• No Partial Deliveries: We do not offer partial acceptance of orders. The order must be received in its entirety as placed. You cannot choose to keep some items and return others from the same shipment at the door.

3. General Conditions

For any other (non-soirée) items that may be eligible for exchange:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable and will be charged for any exchange or return process.
